Installation Instructions

 

1. Preparation: Clean, de-grease, and thoroughly dry the target surface. Shield the edges of the sealing gap with protective masking tape;
2. Precision Cutting: Tailor the nozzle to match the fissure width. Carefully cut off the tube outlet above the thread and securely screw the nozzle on;
3. Ideal Application Temperature: Maintain a working range of +5°C to +30°C;
4. Seamless Extrusion: Utilize a cartridge gun to evenly extrude the silicone;
5. Perfect Finishing: Smooth the sealant with a wet spatula before it begins to set;
6. Timely Removal: Within 15 minutes, carefully remove the masking tape;
7. Cleaning Up: Fresh silicone spots can be cleaned with water. Once hardened, removal requires mechanical action.
